The Adventure of Being Alive
I photograph weddings. A lot of them. I witness so many emotions and so many ways to express those emotions. Each week, I find myself deeply moved by the gift of being alive as I watch families expressing themselves uniquely. Last night, at sunset, on a beach on Amelia Island, I was privileged to photograph the wedding of Joy and Matty, two of the loveliest people I have ever met. They processed out of their ceremony with their friends playing and singing "All You Need is Love" and Matty accompanying them with his trumpet.

Welcome to my new website/blog
I am so happy to introduce my new website and blog. I began exploring ideas for a custom designed site after the Creative Capital artist workshop I attended in January. I realized I wanted a site that would allow me to show more of my documentary projects as well as a greater variety of my portrait and wedding work. I also wanted to integrate my blog into the site so that visitors would not have to dig for the blog or leave my website to access it.
